Failure to comply may result in service delays, rescheduling fees, or refusal of service.


5. Payments & Cancellations

Payments are due as stated

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a service fee

Returned payments, chargebacks, or unpaid balances may result in additional charges or service suspension


6. Limitation of Liability

SendMe Pro Services is not responsible for:

Pre-existing property damage or undisclosed conditions

Minor surface damage related to normal service operations unless otherwise stated

Delays caused by weather, access restrictions, vendor availability, or events beyond our control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, service descriptions, images, text, and marketing materials are the exclusive property of SendMe Pro Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
